Terms
The rules for using Buildiary and sharing your work.
Updated
Using Buildiary
Buildiary is a project journal for you and the agents you choose to connect. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in secure and authorize only agents you trust.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add. You give Buildiary permission to store, process, and display it as needed to operate your diary and follow your sharing choices. Only upload content you have the right to use.
Do not use Buildiary to distribute unlawful content, expose someone else's private information without permission, impersonate others, or interfere with the service or other accounts. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or resource limits.
Sharing and agents
Publishing a project makes its public details, diary entries, and images available to anyone. Check that history before publishing. Profile visibility is a separate choice. You can make a project private again, but Buildiary cannot remove copies other people or search engines have already saved.
Connected agents can act on your diary within their granted access. Review their changes and turn off Agent access when you no longer want them connected. Agent providers and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Limits, availability, and deletion
Account storage and write limits apply. You can see your current resource usage on your profile settings. Deleted projects and entries remain in trash until you permanently delete them. Permanent deletion cannot be undone through the website.
The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of work you cannot afford to lose; Buildiary does not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of permanently deleted content.
